Talented Ape Studios is looking to partner with owners of Bored and/or Mutant Apes that want professionally managed income derived from their NFT collection.
Building a passive income stream from your Ape collection is as easy as:
Presuming you work with me to represent your Apes for the Jenkins project, here's how royalties will be paid.
All profits from the 1st Jenkins book and direct derivates; including digital & physical books, movies, series, etc. will be considered gross profits for the term of the license. The direct cost of goods sold and expenses will be openly published in order to determine the Net Profits. 50% of Net Profits will be kept by Tally Labs and Neil Strauss and 50% will be evenly split amongst all pairs of Writers room NFT holders and associated Ape.
Jenkins will automatically distribute profit shares to the wallets owned by each pair of Writers room NFT & Ape based on the negotiated terms of their specific license agreement. It doesn't matter if you have a Bored Ape, Mutant Ape or if you have a Writers Room ticket or Yacht, every pair gets an equal share of the profits. Royalties for each pair of our NFTs will be split 50%/50%. Royalties for each pair of your own NFTs will go 100% to you.

The most important aspect to note is the limited, non-exclusive scope of this agreement. it only allows me to license your avatar's image & name to Jenkins for Book 1. That's it.
"Ape Owner acknowledges and agrees that Ape Owner owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Ape/ Mutant granted herein. Ape Owner retains all rights, title, and interest in the Ape/ Mutant not specifically contained in this License. Writer’s Room Participant shall not acquire any interest, nor make any claim to Ape Owner’s rights in the Ape/ Mutant, except as licensed hereunder."
For each Ape, the associated Writers Room holder uses the Jenkins member's site to create a unique license agreement denoting the unique token IDs. For each Ape, I'll enter your email address, Token ID, and royalty split. You get an email with the contract including a link and code that allows you to accept these terms. Once confirming that you own the wallet with the associated Ape, I will be able to match it with my Writers room NFT and complete the licensing process.
